If a person had a serious problem and didn't try to fix it you would call that individual an idiot. If a society had a problem and let it get worse and worse you would call that society as a nation of fools. If a government ignored a problem, that threatened the citizens that it was supposed to represent you would call that government derelict.
I grew up in the island of Noonu Atoll Velidhoo, where I had my early primary education in Nahuza School and later in Noonu Atoll Education Centre. But soon migrated to Male', where I joined EPS School to complete primary education and Majeediyya School to complete my secondary schooling.
I was fortunate to pursue higher education in Bachelor of Education and Human Resource Management at La Trobe University, Australia as well as complete Masters in Business Administration specialisng in Human Resource Management from Ballarat University, Australia.
Upon completing various training and education I have served in the government in the education sector as a teacher, headmaster and A. Lecturer cum Foundation Studies Courses co-ordinator at Maldives College of Higher Education (MCHE).
Moreover, I have been expressing my political and educational views in number of weekly magazines.
I now live in Male', Maldives with love of my life, rock of our family Leeza and my two children Izz & Izaan.
